The TCO often conducts the initial consultation. During your free consultation our TCO will greet you warmly and introduce you to the to practice, helping to ease any initial anxieties. Gather Information about you. They collect your medical and dental history, as well as any concerns or goals you have regarding your treatment. She will explain various treatment options, including traditional braces, clear aligners, and other appliances, helping you understand which treatment options might be the best fit for your needs.

Treatment Planning

Once you’ve decided on a treatment plan, the TCO ensures everything is set up for success. She will coordinate all your appointments, ensuring they fit conveniently into your schedule. Discuss payment options available to you. Helping to make treatment affordable and accessible. She will provide detailed instructions on how to prepare for your treatment, what to expect, and any aftercare instructions.

Ongoing Support

Throughout your treatment, the TCO remains a key point of contact for you. If you have any questions throughout your journey she can support you. She will provide reassurance and motivation, helping you stay positive and committed to your treatment.

Post-Treatment Care

Even after your treatment is complete our TCO will still continue to play an important role. She will explain the imporatnce of aftercare, along with retainers if you journey has involved teeth straightening.
